The chest guard is not compulsory for the classes, but highly recommended for close range techniques such as bearhugs, or certain techniques such as educational stops and defensive front kicks. They are also useful during sparring.
There's an alternative option - less protective against impact but still creates a "comfort" barrier - sold by Decathlon under boxing bra. We do not sell these.
These inserts can be used with regular bras (double up) or Blitz has a vest for £44 (we can order it for you), however this should still be reinforced with a sports bra on top to keep in place.
