This is a first month payment for the teens class starting 16/08/2023 at David Lloyd Anniesland (David Lloyd gym membership not required). The class will run all year round, on Wednesdays 6-7pm. There are 16 places available, ages 12-16.
Trial class is available for £8 any Saturdays from May to August at our currently running teens class at Firhill Sports Complex on Saturdays 9-10am.
The mission of the class is to immediately boost self-confidence, increase awareness and teach new life skills that will stay with the teens forever! Taught in a fun and engaging format, the class uses verbal, psychological and physical solutions to threats that they may encounter in daily life.
The content also focuses on awareness, prevention and de-escalation solutions that may be encountered socially, while out and about, with friends, at school and on social media. The course is suitable for ages 12-16.
